All items are made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During holidays, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, and location.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rae Lane Ko is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Rae Lane Ko is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup with instructions.
